About:
Founded in 2019 by Bryan Shellogg and Phil Prange, SPR Services was based on the shared principles that professional construction and design services could be better applied to today’s service market. By fulfilling this role, their respected professional abilities are aimed at filling this gap in this profession.
Each founding member had worked extensively together for many years before they found their calling at SPR Services. With over 50 years of combined experience ranging from construction project management, design services, commercial and residential architecture, and landscape design; you will take comfort in knowing that SPR has the range of experience required to oversee your construction projects.
SPR Services strives to apply the same transparent and progressive methods to every aspect of our service offerings, which have led us to many successful projects over the years.

Meet the Team Below!
Bryan Shellogg
A longtime resident of MO with over 30 years of retail, hospitality, residential construction and commercial facility services. Bryan provides the leadership for any construction or facility related projects that SPR undertakes. His diverse construction background is perfectly suited for the range of services the SPR provides to the St. Louis community.
Phil Prange
Phil graduated from the University of Kansas earning his Master of Architecture and his BS in Finance. He has an extensive background in landscape design and management having personally run a landscaping company transforming it into a six-figure operation. He is familiar with retail and fast-food building designs having worked for a national architecture firm for the past 5 years.
Working directly with both the Construction Director and Studio Director, Phil has acquired numerous skillsets in both the design and construction industry. He is familiar with the permitting process in a number of cities across the country.
